On March 3, 2020, on Tuesday of the first week of the Great Lent, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed at the morning statutory service at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.The service was led by the Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, assisted by Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
