On June 22, 2019, on the eve of the 1st Sunday after Pentecost, the All Saints Day, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh led an all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England, Archpriest Nikolai Preskure, Priest Dmitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Nikita Kozlov, Priest Sergiy Fedorenko and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
The liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of M.V. Bezmenova.
During the Matins, after the Holy Gospel reading, the Right Reverend Vladyka anointed the clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
