On August 25, 2018, on the eve of the 13th week after the Pentecost and on the eve of the leave of the feast of Transfiguration of the Lord, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Eminence was assisted by Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Archpriest Nikolai Prescura, deacon Vladimir Castravet and deacon Victor Nikiforov.

During the Matins of the all-night vigil, the Right Reverend Vladyka anointed all those present at the service with consecrated oil.
