On July 16, on the eve of the memory of the holy Royal Passion-Bearers Tsar Nicholas, Queen Alexandra, Prince Alexy, Grand Duches Olga, Tatiana, Maria and Anastasia, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served the all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Grace was assisted by the clergy of the Cathedral: Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Victor Nikiforov.
During the All-Night Vigil' Matins, after the Gospel reading, the Right Reverend Vladyka anointed the parishioners with consecrated oil.
