On June 23, 2018, on the eve of the 4th Sunday after Pentecost, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served an all-night Vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Eminence was co-served by: Archpriest Vitaliy Polishchuk, clergyman of the Kiev Diocese, Archpriest Nikolai Preskura, rector of the St. Nicholas parish in the city of London,  priest Dmitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, and deacon Vladimir Castravet.

At the Matins, after reading the Gospel, Vladyka Matthew anointed all the parishioners with consecrated oil.
