On December 15, 2018, on the eve of the 29th week after Pentecost, Bishop Matthew of Sourozh led the all-night vigil at the Cathedral of the Holy Great Martyr Barbara in Edmonton, Canada.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Igor Kisil, Dean of the Patriarchal Parishes in Canada and Rector of the Cathedral, Archpriest Evgeny Protsenko, Rector of the Parish District "Orthodox IX", Archpriest Vitaly Manoli and priest Alexy Surayev, Rector of the Parish District "Orthodox V".
