On October 20, 2018, on the eve of Week 21 after the Pentecost, commemoration of the holy fathers of the VII Ecumenical Council, His Grace Matthew, Bishop of Sourozh, served an all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Adrian Mikhalaki, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Archpriest Nikolai Preskure and Protodeacon Vadim Sansevitch.

At the Matins of the All-Night Vigil, the Right Reverend Vladyka anointed the clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
