On August 10, 2019, on the eve of the 8th Sunday after Pentecost, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh headed the all-night vigil in the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Associate Professor of the Orthodox St. Tikhon Humanitarian University and Sretensky Theological Seminary, cleric of the Church of Great Martyr Catherine on Vspolye Archpriest Vadim Leonov (Moscow), Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Priest Nikita Kozlov and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

After reading the Holy Gospel during the Matins of the all-night vigil, the Right  Reverend Archpastor anointed the clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
