On August 11, 8th Sunday after Pentecost, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Associate Professor of the Orthodox St. Tikhon Humanitarian University and Sretensky Theological Seminary, cleric of the Church of Great Martyr Catherine on Vspolye Archpriest Vadim Leonov (Moscow), Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Victor Nikiforov.
Liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of Sarah Elizabeth Skinner.
At the end of the Liturgy, the Right Reverend Vladyka addressed the clergy and parishioners of the Cathedral with a sermon and gave to everyone his archpastoral blessing.
