« Late Paschal Liturgy was celebrated on the feast of the Resurrection of Christ at the Cathedral of the city of London »

On April 28, 2019, on the feast of the Resurrection of Christ, the Right Reverend Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed at the late Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

The service was led by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk in cocelebration with Deacon Viktor Nikiforov.

The liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of Marina Bezmenova.

After the communion verse, the Easter message of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia was announced in both Russian and English.

The Right Reverend Vladyka congratulated the clergy and God-loving laypeople with the bright feast of the Resurrection of Christ and blessed everyone with his archpastoral blessing.

After the Liturgy, Easter offerings were blessed at the cathedral square.
