On April 20, 2019, on the eve of the Sunday of 6th week of the Great Lent, Palm Sunday, the feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-West of England, Archpriest Nikolai Preskure, Priest Dmitriy Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, Priest Sergiy Fedorenko, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch, Protodeacon Vladimir Marga, Deacon Antony Ivashin and Deacon Nil Lyubchenko.

During the Matins of the all-night vigil, after the Gospel reading, the Right Reverend Vladyka served the rite of blessing the willow.
